We run a N.G.O. and we receive money as per a person’s will and want that how much they want to donate to us. We don’t run refund policy as the money received is considered as donation. We are not selling a product or providing any services of which we can provide refund , we are a NGO and completely works on donation so providing refund is unorthodox.
